I have been a technology snob my whole life, until I bought a website with Realty Tech.
The phrase ‘If I can do it, ANYBODY can do it’ is absolutely true regarding a personal site with Realty Tech.

Ever since purchasing SamNeylan.com through Realty Tech, my perspective and my understanding of real estate and the technological world that we live in has forever been changed…for the GOOD!  My rep, Rob, took away the fear of owning and maintaining the site by giving a hands-on tutorial and then making himself available to answer any and all questions that I had.  I began to feel sorry for Rob as I would call multiple times a week, sometimes even a day, with the most basic questions!   However, as a result of his kind patience, I finally recognized the power of embracing technology and having a presence on the internet.  In turn my desire to know more and more has increased 100 fold!  No more technology snob here!

Now, when a new buyer calls me, the first 2 directives I give are:
1) get pre-qualified 2) sign up for a listing alert on SamNeylan.com and begin to educate yourself on our real estate market to see what your money will buy. 

I have found it to be an invaluable tool for understanding the client’s actual desires (and easing them through sticker shock!) and it’s a great time saver for us both!  Unlike other major sites, Realty Tech is linked in real time to the MLS and therefore when my clients email me or call me with an MLS number that they’re interested in I can find it easily and respond immediately with information on the property.  Of my client base, 99% use my website as a major tool in the buying/selling process.

Beyond my buyers, I have learned how to aggressively market my website and now regard it as one of the key components of what sets me apart from other agents.  My marketing budget always reflects effort to market my website…and it’s worth it!!

I was forever changed the day I decided to sign for Realty Tech.  It was the gateway drug, so to speak, for me to continue enhancing my services and skills in this ever growing and fast paced world of real estate!

I also went on to graduate from a cell phone to a smart phone and now I’m able to instantly receive all leads and respond to all leads from my site because my emails are delivered to the palm of my hand.  I never would have thought that I could ever learn how to maintain a website, email from my hand during a stop light, and enroll in and understand Epro!, but  I was wrong and THANK GOD I was!!!!
