| Joe has been investing and working in real estate for several years now along side his father Buddy. He takes great pride in taking care of all of his clients needs and simplifying the complicated world of real estate. His greatest satisfaction is going above and beyond his clients needs and expectations. Born in Los Angeles, Joe grew up in Simi Valley. He was an All-State baseball player at Simi Valley High School, before playing college baseball at UCLA, California Lutheran University and George Fox University where he earned his degree in Mathematics. Joe went on to play three years of professional baseball in the Prairie League and Northern League before earning his Masters degree from California Lutheran University. Upon completing his last year of professional baseball, Joe landed the Head Baseball Coaching position at his alma-mater Simi Valley High School where he also taught Math for 5 years. During the last couple years of teaching Joe began investing in real estate. Before long he secured his real estate license and left teaching to work full-time with Buddy. Joe married his wife Candace in 2005. Candace is also a licensed REALTOR® and works closely together with her husband Joe and father-in-law Buddy in taking care of all or their client’s needs. |
