Mario has dedicated his life to educating people. Mario earned his degree in Biology at California State University at Northridge as well as a Masters Degree in Education and has been teaching at Polytechnic High School in Sun Valley since 1999. As an athlete, Mario has excelled as a distance runner. He has competed in the O.C. Marathon finishing 6th out of 5000 and in the Los Angeles Marathon 10 times finishing in the top 100 out of 25,000.

Mario has successfully taken his education skills and dedicated training methods and transferred them to real estate. Mario’s bilingual skills (English-Spanish) have helped him communicate the complex world of real estate to first time buyers who normally would not know the power they have in buying a home.

Mario’s wonderful report with people has enabled him to simplify the process to first time buyers and his work ethic has made the process of real estate simple for his clients. He has taken the burden off of them and put the burden on himself. He accepts and takes charge of each transaction with a style that has separated him from other REALTORS®. Mario and his lovely wife Xochil make their home in Simi Valley and are the proud parents of their young son Diego.
