Support and Hosting: Basic Hosting: $59/month Full Hosting of the Web site with site code updates to maintain site functionality included. Actual site updating is charged at $49/hour. One hour minimum. Or, Virtual Assistant: $119/month (This includes FREE Hosting and 1 hour of Monthly Support) Your own assigned Virtual Assistant will provide up to four sessions of web development and site changes, per month. Basic Hosting services are included in this price! Each session is up to thirty minutes long. Additional sessions are billed at a rate of $30/half-hour session. IDX or VOW Solutions: Cost varies These are the best possible solutions for your business. They feature live MLS feeds more up to date than Realtor.com or the other major consumer search engines. They also allow you to put your name on every listing in the search results so that the User must contact you in order to learn more about the properties. This solution will generate the most leads for your business. NOTE: Coldwell Banker has opted OUT of IDX, therefore Coldwell Banker listing WILL NOT appear on any IDX search per the agreement with the National Association of Realtors. 2. Your Local MLS's Search Solution: Cost is $0 to $500/Year (Charged by your MLS) Most MLS's now offer some sort of Search Engine for use by its Realtor Members or for Consumers. RealtyTech will integrate these searches into your Strategic Agent Site at now extra cost. 3. Links to the Major Search Engines: No Cost If you decide not to invest in an IDX solution, and if there is no search solution provided by your MLS, RealtyTech will provide links to your specific area of expertise via Realtor.com's Search Engine. This search will be provided in a Pop-up from your site.
